10am is the new bedtime!
So, after I wrote last night’s post I didn’t get to sleep for a long time. I finally got to sleep around 10-10:30am! It was funny actually because I was lying in bed thinking that if I’m awake for 10 more minutes, I’m just going to go downstairs and make myself breakfast. How ironic was it that that’s when I would fall asleep? Well I did manage to sleep pretty well though somehow…all the way until about 6pm this evening. That’s not bad for the amount of sleep considering I felt rested.

Well, after I got back from my appointment this morning I decided to go back to sleep. I had a lot of other things that I could’ve and maybe should’ve done but I just didn’t have the energy. I really needed to sleep. I woke-up around 6pm (as usual it seems now) and am now going to sleep around 7am. Something’s going to change in the next few days, I can tell. Maybe tomorrow I’ll have a nap earlier in the evening and stay-up into the next day to tire myself out. I’m sure I can figure out another way to mess-up my sleep…after-all, it can’t get much worse than it is now, can it?! Night!
