“What’s this site about and who are you?”
Good question! Well, this site is mostly about my sleep and how I deal with it. By no means am I suggesting you follow any ideas on my site but maybe you’ll find it interesting to read. I’ve had this problem for about 10 years now and have sought medical “help” for it. These days, medical help refers to drugs most of the time. I’m not anti-drug but when it comes to such an integral part of your life (sleep), well I’d rather not mess with it and try to teach my body naturally or at least listen to it.
So, you might ask, “what is your problem?”. Well it’s insomnia to some people and other things to other people. I don’t know what my problem is, that’s why I still have it! And, I guess it’s only a “problem” because of society’s hours. I have my own set of hours, they just don’t match other people’s hours or business hours…and that’s the main problem. Insomnia means so many different things these days, you’d think everyone suffered from it.
The last question, who am I? I’m just someone interested in what sleep is, why we need it and how it affects my life. I’d rather not get too personal since it doesn’t change the story. I don’t think it’s important who I am (for you to know), but if you’re overly curious and ask nicely, I may give you more details…I haven’t decided yet.
With all of that said, I hope you enjoy the site and learn something from it. After all, if you didn’t learn anything, then what use was it all? Enjoy your stay and I hope I can help you out a bit!
